  • This Powerbuilding Program is for anyone wanting to gain strength and muscle size. The program is 4 days a week, 16 weeks long. What is Powerbuilding you may be wondering? It is the combination of powerlifting (strength) and bodybuilding (hypertrophy/muscle size). Programmed by World Record holder, Gavin McDill.

  • Want to do what we do in our S&C class at home?! Now you can!

    This programing is CrossTraining focused. It is roughly 45 minutes long, 5 days a week! Once you sign up, a team member from SS&C will email you a link to Beyond the Whitebaord where you will have full access to S&C programing. On the app you can see what other Southside members scored, log your own score, keep track of your weights used and post on our gym social page! Programs will be delivered every Sunday evening!
